“The steps I would engage for an effective implementation or improvements of this change include: communicating; effective communication to the institution about the change to let it known that the change exists and needs to be looked into. After the change is made known to everyone concerned, I will then create a team culture consisting of oriented and self-motivated individuals with the ability to claim and seek for nurse’s empowerment. From the team, I would recommend representative individuals who will come up with ways that oversees the implementation of the change effectively starting from the high ranked offices”.
