The most common models for such a framework are Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) and Six Sigma Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control (DMAIC). Choose a model for your framework, using the PDCA or DMAIC model, a model used in your organization, or another familiar reputable model that is suitable for your project.
